Our shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your location and weight of product. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and then shipped to you. If there are any errors in your shipping address, please notify us right away as labels are printed within 8 hours.

Q: What if my package arrives damaged or was never received?
Please note all packages are insured by the provided courier. Once an order is out of our possession, we are unable to control carrier handling. Please contact the courier if package arrives damaged or was never received.
